We’re a tiny team of two Seattleites — a pro pastry chef and a literature nerd — using our spare time to share the things we love. At our sunday night pop-ups, we’re sharing small-batches of seasonal breads and pastries made by hand with local ingredients from Cairspring and Fairhaven Mills, Wild Foragers, Jack Mountain Meats, and other PNW providers, along with rotating literary treats to feed the soul.
